Sometimes it Rains

OK, I got rained on pretty good going home from work yesterday. Rain, fog, dreariness. But the gear kept me dry and warm.

The Joe Rocket 5.0 Ballistic pants work great. Warm and dry; that's the ticket. This morning it was cool, damp, foggy on the way into work but a lot of fun. Winter riding has a character quite different from summer riding and it is its own kind of fun.

Denim, while a wonderfull material, is terrible wet. Get wet and you stay wet for hours. You might even look as if you peed yourself. Makes for interesting banter at the office.

I encountered new acronyms yesterday. From Wikia pedia:

'Riders sometimes use the acronyms "MOTGMOTT" and "ATGATT", which stand for "Most Of The Gear Most Of The Time" and "All The Gear All The Time", when describing their personal gear preferences.'
